The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) has renewed its endorsed provider agreement with Customer Service Intelligence (CSI), a provider of customized customer service solutions for RV dealers. The agreement provides discounted rates for RVDA members for CSI’s customer follow-up programs.
“The RVDA/CSI relationship goes back many years to the inception of business development centers at RV dealerships. The valuable information which CSI shares with dealers provides critical insights and comprehensive solutions to help dealers improve customer service and grow their business,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.
CSI offers tailored customer service solutions for RV dealers by collecting “Voice of the Customer” information along with a virtual business development center. CSI provides dealers with the ability to track, measure and manage customer interactions to reveal areas of improvement, monitor employees’ performance and increase customer satisfaction levels. In addition, CSI tracks net promoter scores, consumer satisfaction indexes and industry benchmarks among other data points for use in the RV industry.
