The RV Industry Association will present a recently updated version of the “Flying in Formation” training for the first time at Open House for RV manufacturer and component manufacturer employees and attorneys who work in customer service or handle customer claims.
This training contains strategies to enable manufacturers and dealers to resolve customer claims in a fraction of the time and expense.
The seminar will take place at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, at the OmegaEvent Center in Elkhart, and all guests get in free of charge. No RSVP is required.
The Flying in Formation seminar is co-presented by Winnebago Senior Counsel Scott Folkers and Lazydays’ General Counsel Harold Oehler.
