On Wednesday, May 8, the RV Industry Association (RVIA)’s Workplace Safety Committee will host a half-day workshop for RV plant leaders on the role leaders play in creating a thriving safety culture within an organization.
The event is free for RV Industry Association members.
Building off last fall’s Workplace Safety Seminar, the workshop will welcome back Rodney Grieve for an interactive workshop designed to empower plant leadership and safety champions to cultivate a collaborative environment for safety. This afternoon session will equip attendees with the tools and strategies to break down communication barriers, foster strong leadership behaviors and develop effective listening skills – all crucial elements in achieving long-term safety success.
“Through engaging simulations, insightful discussions and practical techniques, workshop attendees will gain valuable insights and action steps to propel their team towards a safer and more collaborative work environment,” RVIA said.
