RVMP announced the promotion of Matt Olds to director of operations at its Elkhart, Indiana, manufacturing facility, where he will oversee all production across both RVMP’s OEM RV power solutions and Flex Security’s mobile security trailer division.
Olds brings more than 14 years of experience managing RV industry brands and operations, with a strong track record of driving efficiency, scaling production and building high-performing teams. In his expanded role, he will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, supporting continued growth across RVMP’s core OEM business and its rapidly expanding Flex Security platform.
“Matt consistently steps up solving problems, building systems and moving the business forward,” said Jimmy Conroy II, chief executive officer. “Matt is instrumental in shaping our Flex Security operations, and we’re confident in his ability to lead the entire Elkhart facility as we continue scaling both sides of the business.”
During his time with RVMP, Olds has played a key role in commercializing the company’s security division, helping establish production processes and infrastructure supporting increasing demand in the mobile security category.
