RVOvernights.com Unveils New Proprietary App

RV Overnights, a membership-based platform connecting small businesses with RVers, announced the release of its proprietary app for both iOS and Android. The app is free to download, and the company is currently offering an introductory new member discount.

RVOvernights’ app, which went live on February 20, is designed to revolutionize the way RVers discover and book overnight stays across the United States, the company said in a release. The goal is to foster a positive and symbiotic relationship between travelers and small businesses.

The app introduces an array of features geared toward simplifying the travel planning process for RVers. Central to the app’s functionality is its comprehensive database of nationwide host locations, the company said. This provides users with a diverse range of boondocking options, from farms and wineries to breweries, distilleries and attractions, such as drive-in movie theaters.

The app also emphasizes accessibility and convenience. The interface allows members to navigate through the hosting database, facilitating searches and bookings of preferred overnight spots. The filtering functionalities allow users to find hosts with hookups like electric and water, or search by unique hashtags for locations like “waterfront” or “apple picking.” Members can also search by hosts that allow additional nights, filter by latest check-in time, and more.

Host profiles on the RVOvernights platform include information like photos and descriptions as well as new features such as the incorporation of Google Street View on every host profile, allowing RVers to see the approach of a driveway before even making a stay request. Recently, RVOvernights added weather updates, so that members can see what to expect for temperatures and conditions during their stay.

Additionally, the app incorporates maps of over 2,300 dump stations and 1,900 propane fill locations. This option further enhances the travel experience by ensuring that essential services are readily available to users.

“RVOvernights.com was conceived with the dual aim of enriching the RV travel experience and supporting small businesses nationwide. The new app will make it easier to connect RVers with small businesses offering overnight parking, serving as a bridge that benefits both parties. Travelers gain access to unique, scenic and private locations, while hosts, ranging from local farms to boutique wineries, receive a platform to showcase their goods and services and attract new customers,” the company said.

“RVOvernights.com is dedicated to continuous improvement, with plans to expand its host location database and introduce new features almost weekly.”
