The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) announced the return of its highly anticipated Summer Educational Series.
Following a successful launch in 2023, this year’s series is set to deliver even more valuable insights and learning opportunities to RVWA members, the alliance said.
The informative webinars, supported by presenters and partner sponsors Patrick Industries and Camping World, are offered free of charge to all members. The 2024 lineup promises to cover an array of compelling topics designed to empower and educate participants.

June 18 at 1 p.m. EST: Public Speaking
Stacey Harris is head of marketing at Truma but is also a professor at IUSB where she teaches speech and public relations. She will speak to the anxiety related to public speaking in the work environment and how it is impacted by society’s use of digital communication versus personal communication. Learn how to manage public speaking anxiety, adapt to your audience and create effective presentation decks.
July 17 at 1 p.m. EST: Navigating Change
Nicole Lane is a certified behavioral specialist and advising partner at Uncovered Revenue. Participants will be empowered with tools to effectively manage change by delving into the nature of change, what influences our responses to change and learning how to keep things in perspective. Emphasizing a proactive approach to change, this program will give you practical strategies to effectively adapt to change both personally and professionally.
Aug. 22 at 1 p.m. EST: Making Difficult Conversations Easier
Dustin Kaehr is the founder of The Think. Lead. Live Group. In this session, you will learn about the tools for talking when the stakes are high. You will understand the impact of crucial conversations and the strategies to get through them beginning with analyzing your style under stress and culminating in a step-by-step plan. Using this knowledge, you will: transform anger and hurt feelings into powerful dialogue, make it safe to talk about almost anything, be persuasive, not abrasive.
