The RV Industry Association recently reported how the RVX: The RV Experience’s “Reveal” will showcase some RVs that have been years in the making. According to reports from large and small manufacturers exhibiting at the event, some brands have been working on concepts for more than three years.
More than 400 RVs were submitted for The Reveal into nine consumer categories designed to showcase the brands coming to market for consumers.
“The Reveal will serve as an excellent opportunity to recognize the most innovative products in the industry,” said Scott Degnan, VP and general manager of Winnebago towables. “As the 2019 camping season kicks off, we are very excited about the exposure The Reveal could bring to some of our latest award-winning Winnebago travel trailers and fifth wheels.”
The Reveal gives OEMs, suppliers and dealers an opportunity to think about how their products fit specific consumer lifestyle choices rather than what class of vehicle the product is, according to RVIA.
“I have been super stoked since the announcement of The Reveal at RVX in Salt Lake City,” said Bob Rogers, director of marketing for Lance Camper. “I can think of no better way to create excitement and awareness for the latest and greatest products our industry has to offer as we engage new customers who are passionate about the outdoor lifestyle. I can’t wait to see how The Reveal and the resulting exposure will boost the 2019 sales season.”
In addition, The Reveal will feature a multi-million-dollar media outreach campaign from Go RVing.
