The ADLAR.Soaring Eagle Campers reported that YTD shipments for 2026 have already exceeded the total number of campers they shipped during all of last year.
“We have been building unique, ultra lightweight truck campers for five years now,” said Soaring Eagle partner Scott Tuttle, “and while we have experienced significant growth each year, something special is definitely occurring over the last 18 months as more consumers discover the freedom that our campers offer them without the need to purchase a heavy duty truck.”
Soaring Eagle Campers launched its ADLAR line of minimalistic truck campers designed specifically for half ton trucks in 2022. Since then, it has expanded its product offerings to include all-aluminum and composite constructed campers for every size truck on the market, including models for the ever-growing small truck market (i.e. Tacoma, Ranger, Gladiator, etc.). The company’s fully equipped AERIE model was named Truck Camper of the Year in 2024 by an industry publication, while their mid-sized AQUILA model received that same recognition in 2025.
Tuttle joined forces with his former partner at LIVIN LITE Recreational Vehicles Troy Andrews along with close friend Scott Bradshaw to launch Soaring Eagle Campers.
“When we first got into the entry level truck camper market, there was not a lot of competition. That market had been focused mostly on larger models that required large, heavy-duty trucks. We brought campers to the market for every size truck. The success we were having caught the attention of a few other manufacturers who have since jumped into the truck camper market, but we remain focused at just doing our thing which is trying to build the best campers that we can at an affordable price.”
Tuttle shared that Soaring Eagle has introduced some real innovations to the entry level truck camper market which has helped them stand out from the competition.
“We are not looking to be a large volume manufacturer. We know that we will always have orders as long as we take our time and do it right which is attracting consumers looking for the best value proposition for their money, not necessarily the least expensive product,” Tuttle said.
Soaring Eagle Campers expanded its Wakarusa-based production facility in 2025 to accommodate their growth and are scheduled to add a second, larger production facility in 2027.
“We believe that consistent, sustained growth is the best kind of growth. To accommodate that we have been adding new dealers only as we are able to support their sales needs,” said Tuttle, who reported that Soaring Eagle Campers currently has about 50 dealer locations, and are looking to add between 10 to 15 new dealers over the next two quarters.
