Sobel University has added new curriculum to its upcoming virtual comprehensive sales course, which is scheduled for July 31 to Aug. 4.
“Customers are more educated when making their first contact with dealerships. They are requiring a more in-depth skillset to be helped properly and be able to make a purchasing decision with confidence.” said Sobel University President, Jered Sobel. “With a higher percentage of customers reaching out over phone internet, salespeople need to have the technical abilities to communicate the service they can expect at your dealership and convert those customers to solid appointments. These technical skills will be built into all upcoming courses starting with our virtual course the first week of August.”
The comprehensive sales course is a market-adaptive training program for new and experienced salespeople, managers, and dealers. The course is a “boot camp”-style class with a challenging eight hours of classroom instruction, homework every night, and exams every day. Sobel University offers multiple experience levels, and an ever-evolving curriculum, salespeople can expect to increase their efficiency – ie: learn something new – whether it is their first attendance or their fifteenth.
