Tacoma, Wash.’s Sobel University has returned to in-person classes for its Comprehensive Sales Courses following the CDC’s guidelines for safe and responsible events.
Because of COVID, Sobel University has been holding classes virtually since early 2020.
“We are excited to be back in the classroom again,” said Sobel University’s president, Jered Sobel. “Our students appreciate the interaction that takes place in these courses and the ability to focus on the material at a deeper level while they are away from distractions at the dealership.”
The Comprehensive Sales Course is a boot camp-style class that is designed for multiple experience levels during both in-person and virtual courses. Sobel University offers these graduated levels to take sales staff from exposure to the system to adding flexibility in their presentations.
As a market-adaptive class, dealers use this course to make sure their staff is continually evolving with the demands of today’s consumers.
“The sales professionals in class this week are realizing that they have not needed their best practices in sales over the last two years. They understand that in this ever-changing market, they need to be ready for whatever comes next,” said Sobel. “Our hope is that everyone who wants sales training will be able to attend a class before the next season is underway.”
Sobel University has two more in-person courses scheduled to take place in Tacoma this winter: Dec. 6 – 10 and Jan. 3 – 7, 2022.
