Staffing Issues Among Topics for Breakout Sessions at OHCE2022
Staffing challenges will be among the many issues addressed during various breakout sessions at the National ARVC’s OHCE2022 (Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo) in November.
The annual conference for the National Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds seeks to educate attendees at its annual conference, and staffing issues are something that have been in the headlines frequently of late and have been affecting businesses in all types of industries.
According to a 2022 survey of campground owners and operators, “nearly two-thirds say they are facing some sort of staffing challenge.” The study also revealed that campgrounds feel the greatest barrier to growth is primarily staffing.
