Starcraft has named Brion Brady as general manager for Starcraft and Highland Ridge.
Brady will bring his 15-plus years of industry experience along with his recent success from motorhomes at Entegra.
In addition, the company announced plans that will bring major upgrades in operations for the Starcraft brand. After more than 50 years of manufacturing Starcraft RVs out of manufacturing facilities in Topeka, Ind., the company is moving production to newer facilities on its Middlebury and Shipshewana campuses. This move will be a major upgrade in operations, including newer equipment, better efficiencies and a more intuitive workflow.
“We are extremely excited to move into the newer facilities. The larger, more modern space will allow us to continue delivering highly-innovative and quality products to our customers and provide an improved work environment to our employees,” Brady said.
“Making the move from Topeka to the newer facilities is a good strategic move for Starcraft,” said Derald Bontrager, president and CEO. “Not only will it increase Starcraft’s manufacturing capacity, but it will also help the Starcraft brand grow in a very competitive market.”
Starcraft is in development of several new units and floorplans for model year 2020. The new line of campers is expected to come off the new production lines this summer and is sure to provide more exciting options for camping enthusiast consumers.
