SuperSprings’ President Stepping Down

SuperSprings International

Adam Weisner will soon be stepping away from his role as president of SuperSprings International to lead a company within the financial sector as CEO. The unnamed company is a faith-based organization and under Weisner’s leadership will be committed to giving 51% of profits to furthering the Christian Gospel through various outreaches, his current company announced. Joining Weisner will be Tom Bateman, SSI director of marketing.

SuperSprings International has experienced more than a doubling of its top line revenue growth in the past five years, and it has tripled its bottom line. 2023 has already seen another record-breaking year with the best revenue and sales profit months in company history.

“When I joined SuperSprings International five years ago, I had no idea how much I would come to love this place and the people here,” Weisner said. “I’d spent my entire career in financial services and never expected that the Lord would lead me and my family to join a suspension company. I can say now that these have been the best career years of my life, and seeing all that we have accomplished as a team together during that time brings me deep joy.

“My love for Jesus and faith in Him is the most important thing in my life, and my family’s life. I have always sought to share the great love, care, and forgiveness He has shown to the world and me with each person I encounter. I’m eager to see what the next five years may bring. I have no idea, but I’m ready for the adventure. What I do know is that God is good, His plans are beautiful, and I trust them fully.”

Before the change, Weisner and Bateman will be leading the search to fill the role of director of marketing that will be left vacant.

In the interim, SSI CEO and chairman of the board, Gerry Lamberti, will assume Weisner’s responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition and continue the stellar success of the company.

“Naturally it is really tough to say goodbye to such awesome people,” Lamberti said. “Adam has been a force for change and growth at SSI over the past five years and we have a lot to be thankful for. I’m very understanding of their calling and am looking forward to seeing their success in this next venture. Where we are as a company today has a lot to do with the contributions of Adam and Tom. We wish them well on the very heartfelt road ahead.”
