Thor Motor Coach has introduced Rize and Scope to its Class B motorhome lineup and it has updated the Tellaro and Sequence product lines.
Built on the Dodge RAM Promaster 1500XT chassis, Rize and Scope are the smallest camper vans available from Thor Motor Coach, at 18 feet. The similar size to an SUV makes Rize and Scope a great introductory motorhome, the company said – easily parked, stored and driven.
During the drive, owners have hands-free control of favorite tunes playing from the 7-inch dash radio using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, with the audio control buttons integrated into the steering wheel.
Rize and Scope are available in two unique floorplans, 18M and 18T. 18T is meant to appeal to day-trippers and weekend warriors, the company said, with plenty of storage, a pull-out bed, kitchen and an optional pop-top sleeping area. The 18M is meant for those pursuing lengthier trips, and features a fully-enclosed wet bath, bench-style seating that converts into a sleeping area and a kitchen. The Euro-style Tecnoform S.p.A. cabinetry varies in color between the two products – available in “Modern White” for Rize and “Miami Modern” for Scope – which allows consumers to choose a style preference.
Rize and Scope join Sequence and Tellaro in a standard 190-watt solar panel with a power controller. The solar system fills and monitors the house batteries to prevent overcharge or damage, providing travelers peace of mind when getting off the grid. Sequence and Tellaro come with an optional Re(Li)able lithium battery package for those out for a longer period of time. Winegard ConnecT 2.0 works as a WiFi extender and 4G hotspot for those remote areas, which extends work-from-home to work on the road.
Designed with adventurers in mind, Sequence and Tellaro come Thule-equipped, including a roof ladder and roof rack system, a bike rack for two adult-sized bikes and a powered awning with integrated LED lighting. A 24-inch TV swivels to be viewed inside the coach, or while cooking on the grill hooked up to the exterior propane connection. Four or more family members will enjoy the great outdoors when opting-in for the pop-top Sky Bunk sleeping area with a 200-watt solar panel.
