The Tiffin Group announced a series of executive promotions within its sales, marketing, product development and service operations teams.
As the company continues to uphold its leading position in the premium motorized products segment, it said this strategic restructuring aims to fortify its commitment to sales support and unparalleled customer service:
Freddie Swinney, formerly national sales manager for Tiffin Motorhomes Class A and C, has been appointed vice president of sales for the Tiffin Group.
Jayne Fairley, previously regional sales manager for the Southeast region A and C, is now national sales manager for Class A and Super C.
Kevin Kotrous, previously representing the west coast for Class C, has been elevated to national sales manager for Class C.
Jonathan Osborne transitions from his role as vice president of service operations to Class B national sales manager.
In addition, acknowledging the indispensable role marketing and customer experience play in its business:
Brett Shelton assumes the vice president of marketing and events position, poised to lead Tiffin’s comprehensive marketing initiatives, including for the Allegro Club.
Allen Bridges, previously director of supply chain, takes the helm as vice president of service operations.
Brad Warner, with a rich background as director of Class A engineering and operations manager for PowerGlide Chassis, steps into the role of vice president of product development.
