Over the weekend, Toy Story 4 passed the original Lion King animated film to become the highest grossing “Rated G” film of all time, according to BoxOfficeMojo.com.
Back in May, Go RVing announced that it was one of the corporate sponsors for Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 4. It joined brands such as: Alaska Airlines, Best Western, Chrysler, Juicy Juice, Kellogg’s, McDonalds and Ziploc.
Toy Story 4 hit theaters on June 21 and quickly made its way up the box office charts.
After 59 days in the theaters, Toy Story 4 has grossed $424 million dollars, outpacing its predecessor Toy Story 3, in that same time span by $24 million.
The latest rendition, starring the voice talent of Tom Hanks and Tim Allen, currently stands as the 24th highest ranking domestic film of all time.
It has grossed more than $1 billion world-wide, ranking it No. 42 for highest grossing film of all time.
