Forest River’s Riverstone and Cedar Creek have announced factory-installed tire pressure management systems (TPMS) on new units built beginning this month. Truck System Technologies (TST), which supplies the TPMS, is owned by Pressure Systems International (PSI).
“Safety is the No. 1 priority for us. We value TST’s TPMS system so much that it is now a standard feature on both Riverstone and Cedar Creek,” said Curtis Gunter, general manager for Riverstone and Cedar Creek. “Having the ability to know the pressure and temperature of your tires is very important. By partnering with TST we feel we are ahead of the curve when it comes to Tire Pressure Monitoring. … Riverstone and Cedar creek are designed for the extended stay customer and adding TPMS from TST is the best choice for our seasoned RVers.”
“Along with RVs, TST systems are expandable and can monitor up to five trailers, toys, your tow vehicle and 115 tires, including spares,” said Mike Benson, national sales manager for TST.
TST’s TPMS continuously reports both temperature and pressure simultaneously on a wide-screen color display and will notify drivers of pressure or temperature changes via visual, audible and readable alerts.
“TST is thrilled to have been selected by Riverstone and Cedar Creek,” said Bear Musgrave, vice president of PSI and the business unit director of TST. “We know that Curtis only accepts the industry best and superior products to provide the highest quality for Riverstone and Cedar Creek owners. … TST has worked closely with Curtis to ensure that Riverstone and Cedar Creek owners have the very latest TPMS technology in their units.”
