Trimax Releases New Fifth Wheel Lock

Centennial, Colo.-based Trimax/Wyers Products Group has introduced its new steel, fifth wheel king pin lock, Model No. TFW80HD.

The lock features what the company called an easy quarter-turn to release.  It added that the weather-proof red epoxy powder coat finish will prevent rust and corrosion.  The full collar design keeps grease off hands and incorporates the push-button lock design that makes it easy to use.

Phil Wyers, president of Wyers Products Group Inc., said he has never been more involved with the design of the fifth wheel king pin lock from birth of concept to the final product.  Nearly two years of R&D went into it, he said.
