Gary Bunzer, known as the RV Doctor, is offering a free Troubleshooting Course for technicians at the RV Technical Institute’s new facility during the Elkhart RV Open House. Bunzer presented a similar workshop to a packed crowd of technicians during the Hershey RV Show last week in Pennsylvania. Bunzer’s philosophy has long been that the attitude to which troubleshooting is approached is the difference between a mediocre RV repair experience and an outstanding one. Behavioral mindsets are extremely important to the ability to successfully and efficiently diagnose an RV issue and teams benefit from incorporating Bunzer’s methodology into their business models.
In this workshop, Bunzer will present the positive approach to troubleshooting and repair from an analytical, open-minded perspective that delivers more conclusive results to successfully diagnose complex problems.
This troubleshooting course will examine the nine core values of a winning team mindset, three key requisites for cooperation, vital truths about creativity, ways to minimize mistakes, the four major phases of consequential troubleshooting, understanding troubleshooting and forming of attitudinal habits. The course is three and half hours long and registration is not necessary. Interested technicians may arrive at any one of the given timeslots listed below:
Tuesday, Sept. 24: 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 25: 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 26: 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
This is a great time for dealers to send their technicians to free training at the brand-new RV Technical Institute, located at 3333 Middlebury St., Elkhart Ind., which is set to officially open on Sept. 23.
