Truma will participate in two technical training classes in Canada in the coming months.
“Truma remains committed to the North American RV industry and the ongoing development of technicians and their understanding of the latest technology available to the market,” says Mark Howlett, SVP Business Development with Truma. “With the recent announcement of our partnership with Atlas Trailer Coach for distribution in Canada, the demand from dealers for more knowledge has been extensive and we see these two classes as just the beginning for the Canadian market. We are currently looking at venues for Quebec in 2018, as we add additional Truma Partners to support aftermarket installation of the Truma AquaGo and offer campers the ultimate in luxury with our hybrid on-demand instant water heater.”
The first training session will be the 2017 Toronto Trouble Shooter Clinic, held Dec. 11 to 15 in Burlington, Ontario, hosted by RVDA of Canada.
Billy DiDonato of Truma will be conducting four separate sessions on Dec. 11 and 12 with a primary focus on the Truma Combi furnace/water heater as well as the Truma AquaGo. The training will include both a classroom presentation as well as hands-on troubleshooting and repair for over 90 registrants. For further information and registration, contact Anita Lien at RVDA of Canada.
Truma will kick off the 2018 training schedule in Kelowna, British Columbia, on Jan. 16 to 18, at the Okanagan College Trades Building. The RVDA of B.C. is hosting the three-day session. Registration is capped at 35 students, so register early. Steve Bayne of Truma will deliver both a classroom presentation as well as hands-on troubleshooting and repair for both the Truma AquaGo and the Truma Combi in separate sessions, Jan. 16 and Jan. 17. For further information and registration, contact Joan Jackson at RVDA of British Columbia.
