Unlimited RV Taps New Partner, Plans for Growth in 2027
Unlimited Fun Rentals, doing business as Unlimited RV, announced that Josh Zolotor has become a partner in the company, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s evolution and positioning the dealership group for its next phase of strategic growth beginning in 2027.

Zolotor, who joined Unlimited RV in October 2023 as general manager, has spent the past three years leading a comprehensive transformation of the organization. What began as a mission to strengthen operations, improve profitability and establish a sustainable business model has evolved into a period of remarkable growth and industry recognition, Unlimited RV said.
As a partner, Zolotor will continue to lead Unlimited RV’s day-to-day operations, overseeing sales, service, finance, marketing and customer experience initiatives while driving execution of its long-term growth strategy.
Three Years of Transformation
Under Zolotor’s leadership, Unlimited RV has undergone significant operational and cultural changes, reshaping nearly every aspect of the business.
The results have been substantial, the company said.

After selling 490 RVs in 2024, Unlimited RV increased sales to 719 units in 2025, representing nearly 47% year-over-year growth. That momentum continued into 2026, with the company reporting growth exceeding 45% (1,077 units) year-to-date despite continued declines across both the national and Missouri RV markets.
Unlimited RV’s Kansas City location has emerged as Missouri’s highest-volume independently owned RV dealership, while its Lake of the Ozarks location also ranks among the state’s top three dealerships by sales volume. Together, the two locations demonstrate the company’s growing market presence and the strength of its operating model.
The organization has also earned industry recognition, the company said, including being named an RVBusiness Top 50 Dealer in North America for four consecutive years, along with numerous regional awards for customer experience and operational excellence.
“When I joined Unlimited RV three years ago, I saw tremendous potential,” said Zolotor. “But potential doesn’t automatically translate into results. We needed to build a stronger foundation, establish accountability, and create a culture that was focused on winning regardless of market conditions. What our team has accomplished over the past three years is something I’m extremely proud of, but I believe we’re just getting started.”
The transformation has included strengthening department leadership, implementing more disciplined inventory management, modernizing the company’s marketing approach, expanding service capabilities and creating a customer experience centered on transparency and long-term relationships, Unlimited RV said.
Rather than competing on price, Unlimited RV has differentiated itself through transparent business practices, lifetime warranty offerings and a commitment to delivering value well beyond the initial purchase.
A Partnership Focused on Long-Term Success
Zolotor’s transition into ownership represents the next step in a leadership structure that has been instrumental in the company’s recent success, Unlimited RV said.
Working alongside Unlimited RV owner and founding partner Stacy Clark, Zolotor will maintain responsibility for daily operational leadership and executing the company’s strategic initiatives.
The partnership combines Clark’s entrepreneurial vision and investment in the company’s foundation with Zolotor’s operational expertise, performance-driven leadership philosophy and experience building and scaling businesses.
“Josh has played an instrumental role in transforming Unlimited RV and positioning us for long-term success,” said Clark. “The progress we’ve made over the last three years is a testament to our people, our leadership and the direction we’re headed. Bringing Josh into ownership is a natural next step as we prepare for the opportunities ahead. I couldn’t be more enthusiastic about this partnership and what we have the opportunity to accomplish together as we take Unlimited RV into its next chapter of growth.”
For Zolotor, the partnership represents a long-term commitment to both the business and the people responsible for its success.
“Ownership isn’t what changes my commitment to this company,” said Zolotor. “I’ve approached this business like an owner since the day I walked through the door. What this partnership does is align our long-term vision and create the opportunity to take what we’ve built and grow it into something much larger.”
From Turnaround to Strategic Expansion in 2027
With a stronger operational foundation, growing market share and an established leadership team, Unlimited RV is preparing to transition from a period of transformation into one focused on strategic expansion.
Beginning in 2027, the company intends to evaluate growth opportunities through dealership acquisitions, additional locations, manufacturer partnerships and expanded service operations.
Rather than pursuing growth to increase its footprint, Unlimited RV plans to take a disciplined approach, identifying opportunities where its operating model and leadership structure can deliver meaningful improvements in performance and customer experience.
“I’ve always believed there are two ways to approach a down market,” Zolotor said. “You can pull back, protect what you have, and hope conditions improve. Or you can use that time to build a stronger organization and position yourself to take market share. We’ve chosen the second approach, and the results speak for themselves.”
“The first three years were about proving our model works. Now it’s about scaling it. We have the people, the processes, and the vision to build something special. Our goal isn’t just to operate more dealerships. It’s to build one of the best-run RV dealership organizations in the country.”
As the company looks toward 2027 and beyond, its leadership remains committed to continued investment in employees, improved customer experiences, operational excellence and sustainable growth, Unlimited RV said.
