F&I company United States Warranty Corporation (USWC) is launching three enhancements for its dealer partners this fall: an updated Powersports Extended Warranty Product line, partnership opportunities in Ontario, Canada, and a cloud-based F&I menu selling platform.
Cleveland-based USWC’s 2022 Powersport Vehicle Service Contract Program is the company’s newest offering serving that segment of the outdoor adventurer market.
The company’s launch in Ontario, Canada, is its first north of the border, after serving the U.S. market for 47 years.
RV and marine are at the core of the company’s business model, and it said that offering a cloud-based menu to help dealers automate the F&I process should be a major improvement in convenience for its customers.
“I’ve been in the service contract industry long enough to know that one-stop shopping, consumer education and fair pricing is what our network wants,” said Katie Lentine, USWC vice president of sales administration. “Another enhancement is our adoption of automating the F&I process with a cloud-based F&I management platform.”
“In addition to creating a spectacular service contract, we have also updated our eligibility to stay competitive in the ever-growing market,” added Patty Emser, USWC vice president of marketing and communications. “With our new rebranding, cloud-based menu integration and solutions tailored to dealership needs, now is the time for dealers to think about switching providers. We are high-touch, handshake kind of people. As the creator and administrator of our own service contract there are no silos, no long wait times for approvals, and fast approvals mean fast payments for everyone. As a matter of fact, most of our claims are handled in two calls or less.”
