Way welcomes three new team members to its staff.

Hamm

Nick Hamm has joined Way as a supply chain analyst, focusing on the company’s refrigerators, microwaves, and range product lines. Hamm spent the last four years with Ryder Transportation and is a 2017 graduate of Ball State University with a degree in logistics and supply chain management.

“Nick is a perfect fit for our company,” said Wayne Kaylor, CEO of Way. “With his leadership skills and drive for continuous improvement, he will be an excellent addition to our supply chain team.”

“I have been looking for an exciting opportunity in supply chain, and I believe I have found that at Way,” Hamm said. “It is hard to find a company culture like we have here, so I am very motivated to jump in and help the company continue growing.”

A native of northwest Indiana, Hamm said he is excited about working close to his hometown and being a part of a growing team.

DiLillo

Way is also growing its internal marketing and communications team by adding a new content strategist, Douglas DiLillo. A native of Cleveland, DiLillo has joined Way to help it accelerate its content-focused initiatives, the company said. DiLillo is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a journalism degree and has spent the past decade in various marketing roles with a focus on manufacturing and industrial businesses.

“I am thrilled to be joining Way and helping to communicate our expertise and trusted leadership in our industry,” DiLillo said. “Through our efforts, we can provide better information about our products and be a resource for all things RV-related.”

Wagner

Jennifer Wagner has joined the Way finance team as the accounts payable manager. Wagner brings over a decade of RV experience to the Way team in a variety of administrative and financial roles. The primary tasks in her new role will involve freight accounts management and assisting with supply chain logistics.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Way team and taking on a new challenge,” Wagner said of her new role.

“We are very excited for Jen’s addition,” said Stuart Blackburn, Way’s vice president of finance. “We believe bringing her on will help facilitate our rapid growth and will support our efforts to add depth and perspective to our team.”
