Thompson is a legal counsel with FordHarrison; and her practice is concentrated on labor relations and employment litigation representing management. Thompson counsels employers on a variety of issues, including employee terminations, how to avoid/resolve labor and employment disputes and litigation, and Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, and ADA compliance. She is an alumnus of George Washington University Law School, Michigan State University, and the College of Charleston.
Johnson is KPA’s Lead Human Resources Consultant, and has 20-plus years of HR management, benefits management, and consulting experience. System implementation and process improvement are her specialties. Johnson works with KPA’s largest HR clients and serves as a subject matter expert on the KPA HRDrive system.
She helps clients implement their HRDrive software and streamline their HR and hiring processes. Johnson has a Masters’ in Human Resources with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Regis University and has her SHRM Senior Certified Professional Designation.
