Joe Starett has always had a passion for the outdoors, whether it is hunting, camping or tournament kayak fishing. It is a passion that he shares with his wife, Gina, and has passed down to his children, Emma and Hunter.
Joe Starett turned that passion for the outdoors into a business with the opening of Mountaineer RV and Outdoor Center, located at 539 US Highway 33 East in Weston, W.Va. However, after nearly three years in business, the business has outgrown its current location. The Staretts recently announced that Mountaineer RV will soon be moving to a bigger location in Jane Lew.
On Friday, the Starett family announced the future plans for their company. The family recently purchased 13 acres of property right off I-79 in Jane Lew.

“We are just so excited, and it’s a great feeling,” Gina Starett said. “We do have some work to do at the new location first, though.”
The current plan is to keep the two garages that are on the Jane Lew property. However, there are plans to tear down the old shop on the property to build an even bigger dealership for the future Mountaineer RV location.
