2026 Women in Business: Kayla Ault

Director of Customer Service & Support | RVMP

Kayla’s title is director of customer service at RVMP, but she is much more than that. She works directly with OEM partners and customers to ensure concerns are resolved efficiently, overseeing warranty claims, service coordination and complex technical inquiries with a high level of expertise and care.

Kayla mentors a growing customer service team and collaborates closely with line workers, shipping and receiving, and service teams. Her ability to bridge communication across departments allows RVMP to operate cohesively and proactively — she is one of the most versatile and knowledgeable team members at RVMP, one nominator says.

She brings a strong manufacturing background within the RV industry and has rapidly grown into a trusted, influential leader. She has played an integral role in every new product release and regularly represents RVMP at industry trade shows alongside the sales team, where she builds lasting relationships with OEMs, dealers and customers from a wide range of backgrounds.

Kayla contributes to the ongoing support and growth of women in the RV industry by leading with visibility, confidence and consistency in a space where strong female leadership continues to grow. She advocates for women’s voices both internally and externally and supports their growth within her team by mentoring, empowering and encouraging them to develop confidence in their skills.

One significant challenge Kayla has faced in her career was navigating two company acquisitions within a 3- to 4-year period. Acquisitions often bring uncertainty, shifting priorities, process changes and cultural adjustments, all of which can impact team morale and daily operations. She remained a steady and dependable leader.

Kayla is a mother and role model to two girls, and a gym junky who loves to “meet her daily protein goals.” Outside of work, she enjoys showing up to her team members’ special events. She also helps coach a softball team at Harris Little League.

Kayla’s advice for up-and-coming women in the RV industry:

One of my favorite quotes that I live by is “we don’t have problems; we have solutions we just have to find.”

What it means to Kayla to be a Women in Business honoree:

Being a Women in Business honoree means a lot to me because it represents more than just my work — it reflects the journey, the challenges and the people who supported me along the way. It’s a reminder that showing up, staying resilient and continuing to grow really matters. I also see it as a responsibility to keep pushing forward, to support other women and to help create opportunities for those coming up behind me. It’s both an honor and a motivator to keep doing meaningful work.
