The title “office manager” doesn’t do justice to the roles that Samantha Curtis fills at Liberty Trail RV.
“Samantha is the operational backbone and financial steward behind multi-location performance. In addition to leading regional operations, she serves as the accounting department — overseeing financial reporting, payroll, reconciliations and compliance with precision and integrity. She doesn’t just manage offices — she builds high functioning systems that drive profitability and accountability,” writes her nominator.
Having joined a startup RV company, Samantha was integral to helping lay the operational and financial foundation that allowed the business to scale quickly and sustainably — it currently has two locations with a third on the way.
She developed and implemented standardized processes across departments, created financial tracking systems from the ground up and established accountability measures that drive performance across all locations.
Her nominator says Samantha doesn’t just lead well operationally, she leads people well, too.

Part of that is through the ongoing support and growth of women in the RV industry.
