Sheri Fuller is a jack of all trades when it comes to her role as office manager and co-founder of Fuller RV Rentals and Sales. She is responsible for all aspects of customer care and support, answering incoming calls 24/7.
Beyond that, Sheri does customer orientations when they pick up their rental units, handles all rental and sales paperwork with customers, filling propane tanks when needed, plus set-up, breakdown and staffing displays at RV shows. Sheri does a bit of everything and anything to keep the dealership running smoothly.
“Sheri has mentored others entering the RV rental business for the past 43 years. She developed a proven system to convert rental units to sales after they are taken out of the fleet. She educates customers on why they should rent before making a major RV purchase and then regretting they purchased something they don’t like. She conducts consumer seminars at New England RV shows and rallies throughout the year to help increase awareness and educate consumers,” a nominator writes.
The nominator continues, “Sheri is always willing to help and answer questions on all aspects of the industry — sales, rental, maintenance on the fleet and troubleshooting for customers and non-customers alike.”
Sheri says, “Women can be very successful in this business, and I love having the opportunity to mentor many of them.”
When COVID-19 hit, the dealership was inundated with requests for rentals to get away. Sheri worked day and night to fulfill rental requests for vacations that promised relative safety and relaxation for families, or to set up loved ones in a rental unit next to a home to accommodate someone with COVID.
“She worked tirelessly and with very little sleep for almost six months helping families in need,” a nominator writes. “Sheri is the ultimate ambassador for the RV lifestyle and always has the busiest display at the consumer RV shows. I can easily find Sheri by looking for the longest lines in the aisle. She is as happy and helpful now as she was when she and her husband founded the company 43 years ago.”
Sheri’s advice for up-and-coming women in the RV industry:
Just listen to your customers so you can give, get or help them. That will show you do know the RV industry and what it has to offer.
What it means to Sheri to be a Women in Business honoree:
I am honored to be accepted as one of RV PRO’s 2026 for Women in Business. For the last 43 years, I have been working hard at being well rounded in the RV industry where women can succeed now.
