Jason Fink has generational ties to the RV industry. His grandparents started Summit Seating in the 1990s in Elkhart, Indiana, which operated some in the RV industry. Calling Elkhart home, Jason has worked for Lippert, Durashox and Summit Seating, where he experienced success in growing those businesses.
As the director of sales for Valley Screen Printing, he provides large format printing and graphics for major players in RV, marine and fleet, both locally and nationally. He implements strategies, procedures, market diversification and culture development within his team at Valley Screen, helping to build strategic plans for short- and long-term goals.

During his time on the SEMA PRO Council, Jason was part of the ASE Certification Committee that designed and wrote ASE Certification and Training Tests. He was also a member of the SEMA Rep of the Year Task Force.

Jason has been recognized for many awards, including being named to the Michiana 40 Under 40 by the South Bend Regional Chamber of Commerce (2011), SEMA 35 Under 35 (2020), Elkhart County Vibrant People (2019) and SEMA Young Executive Network Member of the Month.
“Within his career, Jason has been recognized at an early age for his talent and hard work in many industries including RV, automotive, marine, commercial bus, transportation, ag/turf, construction equipment and powersports.”
A husband and father of two boys, Jason and his family enjoy boating, attending sporting events, playing golf and traveling. He volunteers in the community in various capacities. He has served on the board of directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters Elkhart County and volunteered teaching financial literacy and career readiness classes for Junior Achievement.
For the better part of two years, Jason served on a committee of young professionals who ran Pillars of Elkhart, a group dedicated to revitalizing downtown Elkhart by bringing in fun, family-friendly events to downtown.
