40 Under 40: Lexi Roberts
Dealership Coordinator; Long View RV Superstore; With company: 8 years | Industry experience: 8 years

Lexi Roberts grew up in the RV business. She’s the third generation of the Roberts family at Long View RV Superstore, which her grandfather Fran founded in 1959. She started working at the dealership at 16 while she was still in high school. She worked through undergrad and while pursuing her master’s in business administration.
Instead of trying to step into the family business at the top, Lexi opted to learn the dealership from the ground up, determined to build on a strong foundation. She started in parts and service and went on to learn every corner of the operation.
“She can sit in a parts committee meeting and a marketing meeting the same week and be the most informed person in both rooms,” her nominator says.
Inside the store, she identified a gap her father Frank admits he couldn’t solve: reaching the next generation of buyers. She built Long View’s social media presence from nearly nothing, launched their TikTok, and created a content program aimed at buyers who shop online before they ever set foot on a lot.
“She didn’t outsource it to an agency,” her nominator says. “She built it herself, in-house, at a dealership that had been selling the same way successfully for six decades.”
Lexi is also a leader outside her company. She holds Connecticut’s delegate seat on the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) board structure, serves as a Director of the Recreation Vehicle Assistance Corporation (RVAC), sits on the Priority RV Network Parts Committee, and is part of the RVIA Emerging Leaders Coalition. She’s also a member of the RV Women’s Alliance.
Her work hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2025, she was named the national winner of the NCM Leadership Development Scholarship through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, an award open to employees of every RVDA member dealership.
Lexi’s biggest passion outside the dealership is her charitable work with the Care Camps Foundation, which funds medically supervised camps for children with cancer and their families. She led her team to the top fundraising spot in the country in 2025 and now helps lead the foundation’s Young Professionals Board, where she’s building a signature annual fundraising event for the industry — a three-day weekend in Tampa this December with a $500,000 goal behind it.
Lexi’s father, Frank, openly says Lexi is the future of Long View, and she’s preparing for it deliberately. Long View lost its founder, Lexi’s grandfather Fran Roberts, in 2021, just as the whole industry hit the post-COVID market correction. Lexi came into the business full-force during this time and continues to work to not only preserve the company’s legacy but ensure it has a thriving future.
When she’s not working, Lexi enjoys fishing with her dad, training for half marathons, working out at the gym and playing golf.
Lexi’s advice for up-and-coming leaders in the RV industry:
Be yourself. That’s the most important thing. Don’t be afraid to admit when you don’t know something; people respect the effort to learn far more than having every answer. Get involved in as much as you can, think outside the box and stay curious. The learning never really stops.
What it means to Lexi to be a 40 Under 40 honoree:
My grandparents started our dealership in 1959, my dad carried it forward, and now I get to carry it into a third generation. That alone makes this honor feel bigger than just me. What keeps me pushing to make an impact isn’t only passion for the business; it’s the mentors and friends this community has given me along the way, and I don’t take it lightly that this industry has given me both.
