Nick’s dedication to prioritizing the customer experience has yielded remarkable results, reflected in an outstanding Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75.44 in sales and 74.28 in service. Under his guidance, Colonial Airstream has earned its place among Airstream’s top dealer partners nationwide.
His consistent focus on delivering a superior customer experience has led Colonial to maintain the prestigious Five Rivet Dealer status every quarter since the program’s inception, an honor only two dealers in the U.S. have achieved consistently. It’s worth noting that while Airstream sets the standards for the Five Rivet Program, it is ultimately the voice of the customers, through surveys, that determine which dealerships earn this recognition.
