40 Under 40: Patricia Lierman

Patricia Lierman’s title as product and sales information specialist doesn’t fully capture what she means to her team at Blue Ox.
“She is the straw that stirs the drink,” says Nathan Mueller, chief financial officer. “With every new product we release, every new fit we schedule, every price file we release, every manual we publish, she is devoted to making sure it is complete, accurate and understandable. She has tremendous attention to detail, and her follow-through is unrivaled. She will drag the rest of the team across the goal line to make sure timelines are met and the information is correct.”
Vice President of Operations Paul Choquette echoed these sentiments. “Her vast knowledge of vehicles, along with her organizational skills, maintains a close relationship between our customer service team and the engineering department,” he says.
Patricia helped Blue Ox take home SEMA Data Excellence Awards in 2023 and 2024. Of the recognition, Patricia says she is “proud to be a part of the team that has received three consecutive SEMA Data Excellence Awards, Platinum level.”
“Patricia is always the first to shine the light on others, even when she is more than deserving of recognition herself,” says Marketing Director Kevin Molland. “If I had a dollar for every time I heard someone say, ‘Ask Patricia,’ I’d have quite a collection by now.”
A devoted wife and mother who loves to travel and read, Patricia is never too busy to help her team win.
“Despite an already full and often chaotic schedule, Patricia somehow manages to say ‘yes’ again and again,” Kevin says, “balancing it all with grace, commitment and an unwavering dedication to excellence.”
Patricia’s advice for up-and-coming leaders in the RV industry:
The advice that I would give to up-and-coming leaders in the industry is to be open to the guidance of individuals who have been in the industry for years. In my experience, they have a wealth of knowledge and are happy to share that information with those joining the industry. I would also encourage them to be open to new ideas and innovation. The RV industry is always growing and changing, [and] it is important that we evolve alongside it.
What it means to Patricia to be a 40 Under 40 honoree:
I am honored to be receiving this award. I feel it reflects the past 11 years of hard work and passion that I have invested in Blue Ox and the RV industry.
