Model Year 2026 Preview: Palomino, Rockwood, Sandpiper/Sierra, Forest River Park Models

Palomino

For Palomino, cutting-edge technology and thoughtful design will take center stage at Open House Week. The company will roll in with exciting product introductions from Pause, O.V.E. travel trailers and Palomino truck campers.

Pause continues to redefine off-grid capability with the debut of three standout offerings, the company says. The new Pause X 22.4 arrives loaded with 1,000 watts of rooftop solar, an additional 800 watts of portable solar and an 1,080Ah Battle Born lithium battery bank. A 4,400-watt onboard generator is integrated into the frame to preserve storage space.

For those seeking a more compact solution, the new Pause “Reboot Edition” 14.3 is a lightweight, single-axle unit that still delivers big on power. This trailer is built for extended adventures, offering up to 1,400 watts of solar, 1,080Ah of Battle Born lithium batteries and a 3,000-watt Victron inverter. The Blackout package, available on all Reboot models, eliminates vinyl graphics in favor of sleek, durable metal badging.

O.V.E. travel trailers offer serious off-road readiness in a lightweight, compact footprint. A pop-up roof design improves towability and delivers a lower overall trailer height. A standard Curt independent suspension axle ensures confident handling on rugged terrain. Each model includes two accessory roof racks for added versatility.

Palomino truck campers will also be on display, showcasing three distinctive lines — Soft Side, Hard Side and Hard Side Max, each with refreshed interiors and updated exterior graphics. Palomino reports plans to introduce two new truck camper models in the near future.

Rockwood

The Rockwood lineup sees new floorplans and updates across several of its products for the 2026 model year, starting with Rockwood tent campers.

Rockwood’s tent campers will debut four new floorplans, the 1920FT, 1930FT, 2270FT and the 2380FT, featuring a bunk LED light bar, tent vinyl color change to clay and two-tone cushions.

In the hardside tent campers, Rockwood has added new floorplans A101LE, A121FD, A123RG and A216HS, as well as an accessory hitch. To make setup easier, there are motorized roof lift assist actuators on Dormer units. A rollover dinette offers convenient seating for mealtime, while converting to a sleeping surface at night for maximum use of space.

Geo Pro

To appeal to the more price-conscious customer, Rockwood is expanding its Geo Pro offerings with three smaller Geo Pro bunk models: the G13LE, G11LE and G17LE.

The 2026 Geo Pro models also have the Power Pro Voice Activated Control Panel, which allows you to control the interior and exterior lighting, slides and awnings with your voice.

All of the new 2026 Mini Lite models receive a new graphics package, upgraded wood detailing with curio-style cabinet doors and drawers, and added toe kicks in the kitchen.

The perfect couple’s coach, the 3900HBLR offers a laundry room, king-size bed, walk-in closet and a one-piece fiberglass shower.

Sierra

Sierra brings a fresh lineup of full profile fifth wheels and wide body destination trailers to Open House this year. The new 3710HBFB is perfect for a family looking to capitalize on space.

“The versatile front bunkroom and half bath up front offer a perfect haven for little ones. Adults will enjoy lounging on the L-shaped sectional, resting in the RV king bed or cooking gourmet meals in the modern kitchen,” Forest River says.

Forest River Park Models

Forest River Park Models wowed last year with a fresh brand approach and plans to repeat this feat at Open House Week. For 2026, expect expanded floorplans, fresh features and more opportunities to increase profit margins across the lineup, Forest River says.

With the Quailridge Summit Series, Forest River is bringing back one of the classics: a two-bedroom park model with a loft for budget-conscious customers. The Summit Series 38-2B brings smart design to a two-bedroom unit with a tall loft, full-size bunk beds and a fully furnished interior. The kitchen features a four-burner cooktop, over-the-range microwave and refrigerator. Eight floorplans are available to meet a wide range of needs, and every unit includes loft AC as standard.

The Quailridge Premier 39ASL is already a dealer favorite. For 2026, it has been redesigned with upscale features that include a beautiful kitchen with solid-surface countertops, workstation sink, four-burner cooktop, refrigerator and large over-the-range microwave oven. A whole-house vacuum with power dustpan comes standard. There is also an adjustable bed with massage capabilities and a cooling memory foam mattress, a rainfall shower and soft-close drawers. The 39ASL boasts a spacious loft with AC, a metal underbelly and three interior designs to choose from.
