Model Year 2026 Preview: Tiffin Motorhomes & Dutchmen RV

Tiffin Motorhomes

Lineup expansion, an array of new floorplans and an assortment of new standard features are among the many offerings Tiffin Motorhomes plans to highlight for model year 2026.

It’s already been a busy year, with Tiffin unveiling the Open Road Allegro 29 NA, the Allegro Bay 34 DB, the Wayfarer 25 XPW and 25 XLW, the new Open Trail 25 AO and the new GH2 Adventure Van. Also new is the Allegro Bus 36 AP and the GT2 touring van.

Tiffin has added PowerDrive Steering as a standard feature for the Allegro Bus and Zephyr. The Allegro Bus now offers hot and cold water access in the front cap. The Allegro Bus and Zephyr both have a redesigned dash, with the Zephyr offering push-button start.

Tiffin removed the carpet in the slideouts for every model, replacing it with a woven vinyl material. The exterior TVs now feature a swivel mount. BrakeSync was added to the Phaeton and Allegro Bay.

There are also plenty of new options available. The Phaeton, Allegro Bus and Zephyr offer a Pet Perk package including dog bowl holders, a dog leash holder near the door and pet monitoring system (Bus and Zephyr).

Most models received decor changes including new fabrics, flooring and countertops. The Zephyr features an optional island in the kitchen of the 45 FZ.

Tiffin is expanding its adventure and touring lineups to provide new offerings to a broader customer base. The motorhome builder is shortening its traditionally longer units but keeping its signature luxury feature sets. The Wayfarer features a diesel generator, the only one compliant with the new Mercedes chassis.

Reviewing 2025 introductions, Austin Kelley, marketing director at Tiffin Motorhomes, says the PowerDrive feature on the Allegro Bus and Zephyr has been successful and well received. The GH1 Adventure Van has been a top seller in its category, offering a luxury off-road experience.

Tiffin has high hopes for its off-road Class C (or Class B+ to some). It has taken the off-road capabilities of its GH1 Adventure Van and combined those with the space and size of its Wayfarer. Kelley describes the pairing as the best of both worlds.

Kelley also says the company has observed a trend of customers seeking shorter and smaller units with the same luxury components as the larger ones. The adventure category is growing rapidly in vans and other off-road products, particularly in off-road B+ and Class C. Tiffin is expanding its portfolio accordingly.

Tiffin reports the market seems stable, with inventory levels for motorhomes good last year and improving this year. Tiffin’s production rates are steady, and the company anticipates a return to normalcy once interest rate cuts start producing steady orders.

Dutchmen RV

Dutchmen is introducing several new floorplans, many of them featuring interior decor enhancements, including the Denali 420DS, the Voltage 4250, the Aspen Trail 33QB and 13FB (mini). Kodiak will offer a new mini single-axle and a new Kodiak Ultimate.

There are plenty of new features being offered. Matt Gipson, group general manager at Dutchmen RV, says the Astoria has a traditional rear kitchen layout with the “largest L sectional sofa in the mid-profile fifth wheel space” that sports a completely redesigned front end with 40% more space and an upgraded pin box.

Kodiak now offers a taller interior height and a new front profile to give the front bedrooms an increased sense of roominess. Kodiak and Aspen Trail feature single-axle floorplans.

For the 2025 model year, Gipson says the Voltage 3850 has been particularly successful. So has the Aspen Trail, which has features customers can see and touch to help with the retail experience. The Kodiak’s transitional furniture and Azdel Onboard composite wall construction have been popular features.

Gipson says dealers, as well as their customers, will be impressed with the Denali’s interior color palette that features customized woodwork. The new single-axle floorplans are another eye-catching feature. The company sees a big movement in the single-axle segment and plans to continue developing such models.

Dutchmen officials tout the industry’s strong health and are optimistic about the rest of 2025 in spite of macroeconomic headwinds. However, the market remains challenging due to interest rates and tariffs.
