As a sales representative for Forest River’s Wildwood division, Randy Baskerville manages the company’s network of dealer partners in his territory.
In addition to maintaining relationships with dealerships, Randy has held lifelong friendships with customers and the OEM’s service, parts and warranty teams.
His professional approach has always been the “definition of above and beyond,” his colleagues say. He has a relentless travel schedule, is thoughtful when helping Forest River’s partners, and has an acute attention to detail and an unwavering hustle.
Randy learned a lot from his father, Joel Baskerville, who was also in the RV industry for many years. He has relationships with dealer partners that go back to the founding of their now highly successful companies.
Randy still believes in answering every phone call and email as quick as humanly possible, even while on a boat out on Lake Wawasee in Indiana’s Kosciusko County.
In addition to his work ethic, he helped develop and was a mentor for countless men and women in the RV industry. Without any assignment or a “plan,” Randy’s son, R. Mark Baskerville, says his dad has taught him and so many others valuable lessons on the ins and outs of the RV business.
Outside of the office, Randy is known to be a great family man. He loves his wife, JoEllen, dearly and his kids and grandkids as well.
