As group vice president of fiberglass at Patrick Industries, Clint oversees multiple business units serving the RV and marine markets, including Better Way Products, SCI, Baymont Composites, Baymont Bath, Frontline Manufacturing, Superior Painting and Williamsburg Marine Furniture.
Clint’s role extends beyond operations into mentoring general managers, building strong teams and instilling a sense of urgency around supporting customers and teammates, all while ensuring each business unit operates efficiently and profitably.

Surround yourself with great teammates to allow for success in caring for customers and other teammates. It’s all about the people! Work with a sense of urgency.
