The RV business is built on people who have dedicated decades of their lives to helping the industry grow. From dealership operations and manufacturing to sales, service, technology and leadership, long-time industry leaders carry with them the knowledge, work ethic and commitment to move the RV business forward.
Experience matters in a business built on trust. Many of today’s most respected RV professionals started on dealership lots, factory floors or in entry-level positions and worked their way up into supervisory roles. Along the way, they gained firsthand knowledge of the business, built lasting relationships and shaped the culture of the organizations they serve.
These RV world veterans are mentors, problem-solvers and trusted resources for customers, coworkers and business partners. They help train the next generation to preserve industry knowledge and provide stability through changing markets, evolving technologies and shifting consumer demands.
