Jazmine Hasebroock creates experiences, builds culture and inspires growth everywhere she goes. She has helped turn Red 10 RV into a place where employees, customers and the community genuinely want to be.

As general manager and sales manager, Jazmine oversees all on-site operations while managing a team of 15 full-time employees and coordinating sales, service, parts and finance operations. She manages inventory, hires and trains staff, leads advertising and promotional campaigns, and champions the dealership’s “Red 10 Red Carpet Experience,” designed to cultivate a VIP-level customer experience.

Under her leadership, Red 10 RV became the No. 1 Grand Design sales dealership in Nebraska, achieving 179% year-over-year sales growth and 167% service revenue growth in 2025. She also successfully guided the dealership through a major ownership transition, relocation and remodel in 2023, while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and team morale.

Jazmine’s management style combines operational excellence with positivity and heart. Coworkers describe her as someone who shapes an environment where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed. She actively mentors team members through one-on-one guidance, encouragement and professional development, helping employees build confidence and grow within the organization.

Her impact extends beyond the dealership. Jazmine creates innovative community events, including an annual Trick-or-Treating experience through decorated RVs that attracts hundreds of attendees while bringing together families, local vendors and charitable causes. Her ability to blend creativity, marketing and community engagement has strengthened Red 10 RV’s connection to the community.

Known for her “glass half-full” mentality and infectious energy, Jazmine leads with resilience, adaptability and optimism even during challenging times. She also balances her demanding professional role with being a dedicated mother of five, setting an example of strong values and positivity inside and outside the workplace.

Through her direction and commitment to dealership customers and the local community, Jazmine makes a lasting impact on Red 10 RV and the RV industry.

What it means to Jazmine to work in the RV industry this long:

Working in the RV industry for 20 years has been an incredible journey and one that I am proud of — I’ve helped people create memories, experience freedom and spend more meaningful time together. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to watch families grow, to serve generations of happy RVers, and to help first-time buyers evolve into lifelong relationships with the dealership.

I started in this industry as a part-time receptionist, so I’ve had the chance to learn every side of the business and truly appreciate what it takes to serve customers well. Relationships mean everything in this industry! Working my way into a general manager position has taken hard work, adaptability and determination. The journey to my current role has been one of great adventure, excitement,and personal growth.

The RV industry is ever-evolving, and I believe it has made me become ever-evolving, a benefit for both Red 10 RV and myself. No two days are the same, no two sales are the same, no two customers are the same — that’s what makes this industry so exciting!

Jazmine’s advice for younger people just starting their careers:

I would advise younger people just starting their careers to take every opportunity to learn something new and absorb it like a sponge. There is potential in every situation to learn and grow, to become better. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities; it is important to greet each day with a smile, a positive attitude and a willingness to give 100% effort. You do not know how today’s experiences will impact tomorrow’s outcome. A strong work ethic, a happy disposition and a willingness to help others will open many doors.
