Jarvis Hunt has taken on many roles at RVMP, including leading research and development (R&D), driving product development, ensuring quality, training new hires and providing thought leadership.
While he wears many hats, his primary focus this year has been R&D, where he continues to drive innovation and lead new product development across the company.

While he has earned his position through hard work and experience, he continues to show a strong drive to do more and support the company’s success,” his nominator writes. “He puts the needs of the company first and demonstrates an exceptional commitment to helping others. With 20 years of experience in the RV industry, Jarvis is a trusted resource for support. It’s that knowledge and experience that makes him the go-to guy when a complex challenge needs to be simplified or to develop effective solutions.

Jarvis has played a critical role on major core initiatives across the company. His nominator writes he is highly hands-on, creating detailed training videos, demonstrating how to manufacture products and working directly with teams across the organization and with partners.

Working in the industry this long has had its challenges, but it has been very rewarding. It is nice to see products that you have had a part in developing or manufacturing in so many RVs across the country.
Jarvis’s advice for younger people just starting their careers:
My advice would be to show up on time and listen. Don’t be afraid to ask a question and always continue to learn.
