Forest River Inc. will host a Dealer Connect reception, lead a customer service discussion and display eight RVs at the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, Nov. 9-13 at Paris Las Vegas.
Throughout the week, dealers can meet with Forest River teams to discuss products, share feedback and learn about steps the company is taking to better support dealerships and RV owners, Forest River said in a recent release. Forest River Financial Services representatives will also be available in the exhibit hall to answer questions and help dealers enroll in the program.
Dealer Connect Reception at The Clique Bar & Lounge
Forest River will host its Dealer Connect reception from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, at The Clique Bar & Lounge in the Chelsea Tower at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
The company invited dealers to enjoy drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres while catching up with the Forest River team. The reception offers time outside the convention schedule to reconnect with others in the industry, meet other dealers, and continue conversations from the day. Registration is required. Partnering on Customer Service Improvements
Forest River’s Mike Pedue, dealer relations manager, and Kelly Mosher, customer service training manager, will lead the track “Partnering on Change: Improving Customer Service Processes Together” from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, in Versailles 4.
Pedue and Mosher will share steps Forest River is taking to improve customer service processes and invite dealers to ask questions, discuss challenges their service teams face and offer ideas for continued progress.
The session is part of the Fixed Operations Vendor Training Plus track and offers one continuing education unit.
Forest River Partners of Progress Session
Forest River management will host Forest River dealers at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday in the Versailles 4 ballroom to discuss brand-specific topics.
Forest River in the Exhibit Hall
Eight Forest River RVs will be on display throughout the exhibit hall, giving dealers a chance to see what’s new, view floorplan options, ask product questions and meet with company representatives:

Pedue and Mosher will also be available at the end of Booth 227 for dealers who would like to discuss customer service questions or follow up after the session. Forest River Financial Services representatives will be at the end of Booth 228 to discuss the program and assist with enrollment.
Exhibit hall hours are:
- Tuesday, Nov. 10: 3:30 to 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, Nov. 11: 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., reflecting the updated schedule.
- Thursday, Nov. 12: 9 a.m. to noon.
