What it means to Stacy to work in the RV industry this long:
It has been an honor to work in the RV industry for 25 years. The industry has changed significantly over time, yet it continues to thrive despite the hurdles we face every day.
What makes this industry truly unique is our culture: we work hard, we play hard and we always find a way to keep things moving forward.
But above all, it’s the people who make it special. I could not have been successful without them, and I’m grateful for every relationship, every opportunity and every shared win along the way.
Stacy’s advice for younger people just starting their careers:
Don’t burn bridges — in this industry, you’ll most likely cross paths again. Honesty matters, even when it’s hard. People respect the truth and the follow‑through. Stay loyal to your customers, stay true to yourselves and good things will follow.
