Teardrop and truck camper manufacturer nüCamp has broken ground on a new Service Center and Training Academy at its headquarters in Sugarcreek, Ohio.

As nüCamp continues to grow in the production of its campers, so do the requests for service and unit upgrades, the company said. Its new state-of-the-art facility will allow the company to provide a greater level of service to its customers as well as the nüCamp dealer network.

The new facility is a 50,000-square-foot, fully climate-controlled, two-story, multi-purpose service center – including 20 service bays — representing a considerable increase from its existing facility. The building will also serve as an educational hub where new team members and the network of national and international dealers can gain hands-on experience, including technical training and certification.

“The vision fueling this project is the ability to deliver unparalleled customer service.  It begins with thoroughly educating our own team members and extends that same experience to our partners within our dealer network across North America,” said nüCamp CEO Scott Hubble. “It is incumbent upon us to ensure that everyone who comes into contact with one of our campers is in the best position to understand, explain, and demonstrate the remarkably unique product which we produce.”

He added, “This venture not only marks a monumental opportunity for us to strengthen and develop the support services we currently offer to dealers and consumers alike, but ultimately, it allows nuCamp to focus on our number one priority: The customer’s happiness.”
