Bontrager Outdoors Taps Truma Combi on Select 2025 Models

Bontrager Outdoors said it is furthering its commitment to comfort, convenience and efficiency by making the Truma Combi eco RV furnace standard on select models for the 2025 model year.

A result of Truma’s continued innovation and evolution in heating technology, the Combi is the first RV furnace to integrate a water tank and provide both hot air and hot water from one smart appliance, providing the comforts of home while out on the road, the company said. Bontrager Outdoors will make Truma’s Combi eco product standard on all model year 2025 products of at least 10 feet in length.

“It is incredibly exciting to make the Combi eco standard on select Bontrager Outdoors models with the 2025 model year,” said Jason Bontrager, co-owner and CEO. “Truma has long led the industry in innovation, engineering and design – their products provide the quality and reliability our customers deserve and expect.”

Weighing just 35 pounds, the Combi eco is a lightweight, space-saving solution that offers robust thermal output, a high-capacity hot water tank and fast hot-water heating times, the company said.

“We are proud to have the Truma Combi featured on Bontrager Outdoors products,” said Mark Howlett, executive vice president of Truma Corp. “Our companies share a similar mission of providing end-users with the finest outdoor products and experiences. In addition, we are aligned that the best relationships are collaborative partnerships. We look forward to working with Bontrager Outdoors in helping people make lasting memories while camping.”

Howlett added that Truma has continued to evolve the Combi technologically since its introduction as the industry’s original two-in-one RV furnace and water heater. Keeping in line with Bontrager Outdoors objective to offer quality and efficiency, the Truma Combi is a smart appliance that helps conserve energy, is near-silent in operation and maintains consistent temperatures throughout the RV.

In the Bontrager Outdoors Compact Line, the Truma Combi eco will be standard on the 10ROK and 12ROK. The Combi eco will be standard across the entire Bontrager Outdoors Standard Line – the 15RE, 15FK, 17FD, 17BH and 17MB.
