Dragonfly Energy Sales Operations Manager, With Company: 6 years

As sales operations manager at Dragonfly Energy, maker of Battle Born Batteries, Jodi Keena is charged with leading a team that serves as both sales representatives and technical support. Jodi has made her mark during her six years at Dragonfly Energy and, Tyler Bourns, chief marketing officer at Dragonfly Energy, describes her as a “cornerstone” of the sales team. 

“As the head of our inside sales staff, she ensures that customers receive timely and comprehensive support in building their power systems, a complex process that requires both technical proficiency and exceptional customer service,” Tyler says of Jodi. “Managing a team that serves as both sales representatives and technical support can be demanding. Jodi effectively balances the workload of her team, ensuring that customers receive timely assistance and that orders are processed efficiently.
