2025 RV PRO RVeterans Honoree Paula Enders
President and Founder, RV Tech Connect Inc., 40 years in the industry

Paula handles the day-to-day operations of RV Tech Connect Inc.: marketing, social media, advertising, blog posting, customer service, estimating and much more.
In what ways has Paula gone above and beyond for RV Tech Connect Inc.?
Paula is working on a series of books that are for first-time RV buyers, as well as all the know-how of what they will be experiencing throughout the process: RV purchase, selection of the right RV, financing, budgeting and determination of the right RV, maintenance and much more.
How does Paula’s tenure and experience contribute to RV Tech Connect Inc.?
She’s consistent and right on point with estimates, troubleshooting, knowledge and being the chameleon — wearing many hats and switching the hats quickly to adapt to the situation. She leads by example and does not tell people to do anything she hasn’t done or wouldn’t do herself.
How does Paula mentor or support other employees?
“She’s constantly encouraging us to better ourselves and pays for necessary training we need to do better in the field,” her nominator says.
What else should we know about Paula?
Paula has started several nonprofits, one being The Russell C. Enders Memorial Scholarship Fund that helps technicians to train and get certified, her nominator says. She has the Golden Heart RV Recycling, which gets donations of RV parts to help seniors, the disabled and veterans to repair their RVs when they cannot afford them. She also has a literacy program she wrote that she is trying to get off the ground called Little Campers, which helps children and parents that live in RVs to become financially stable. Paula also donates at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas food and toys to families in need that she finds throughout the year. She recently donated 60 Easter baskets in Houston to children of domestic violence, her nominator says. She also does The Happy Camper, which gets donated campers and repairs to families that are single parents in need of housing.
From Paula
What has it meant to work in the RV industry this long?
Working in the RV industry for this long has meant being part of something much bigger than just vehicles or sales — it’s been about helping people chase freedom, adventure and a sense of home on the road. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to watch families grow, retirees find new purpose and first-time adventurers fall in love with the lifestyle.
It’s meant constantly learning — about new technologies, changing customer needs and the evolving road ahead. It’s also meant building relationships, not just with customers, but with colleagues and partners who share a passion for the open road and the stories that come with it. Above all, it’s been a career rooted in purpose. I’ve been fortunate to help people create memories, find their independence and turn dreams into driveways. And after all this time, I still feel just as excited to be part of their journey.
What advice do you have for younger people just starting their careers?
Be patient, stay curious and don’t be afraid to start from the bottom. Every job, no matter how small it seems, teaches you something valuable. Show up with a good attitude, be reliable and take pride in your work — those qualities will set you apart more than you think. Also, listen more than you talk. There’s wisdom in experience, and you can learn a lot from people who’ve been doing it longer. At the same time, bring your own ideas to the table — fresh perspectives are how industries grow. Lastly, remember that careers aren’t straight lines. Be open to unexpected opportunities, keep learning and do work that you’re proud of. Success tends to follow people who show up, care and keep growing.
