Dragonfly Energy & Dallas Cowboy QB Raise Money for Youth
The third annual G7 Celebrity Golf Classic, hosted by Dallas Cowboys quarterback Will Grier, united athletes, influencers, corporate leaders and community supporters for a day of sport, purpose and unforgettable impact — raising over $180,000 in support of underserved youth across the Carolinas.
Held at TPC Piper Glen in Charlotte, North Carolina, the sold-out tournament featured appearances from NFL stars Dak Prescott and Kenny Pickett, NBA standout Grant Williams, sports legends Roman Harper and Muggsy Bogues, and social media personalities Erick Lottary and Hayes Grier, among many others.
Attendees enjoyed a high-energy day of golf paired with interactive brand activations, contests, silent and live auctions, and community-driven experiences — all supporting the mission of G7, Will Grier’s nonprofit organization.
G7’s mission is to empower youth through faith and football by providing access to bibles, elite gear, youth camps, and leadership opportunities. Funds raised from the tournament will go directly toward expanding G7’s reach in under-resourced communities throughout the Carolinas.
“This wasn’t just a golf tournament — it was a celebration of community, purpose and potential,” said Will Grier, founder of G7. “We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who showed up, supported the cause and helped us invest in the next generation.”
The event was supported by generous sponsors including StretchLab, OLIPOP, Rhone, CAVA, Woodhouse Spa – SouthPark, Battle Born and many more, who contributed through product donations, hospitality and on-site brand experiences.
With event production and fundraising managed by Jem Experiential Marketing, the G7 Celebrity Golf Classic is already being planned for 2026, with the goal of creating even greater impact and community engagement.
