Sara Hey, president of Bob Clements International, will present three workshops focused on dealership growth, process improvement and interdepartmental collaboration during the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, taking place Nov. 10-14 at Paris Las Vegas.
Hey, a popular speaker at industry events throughout the country, is known for helping dealers implement effective processes and maximize staff performance. She will deliver two sessions in the fixed operations track and one session in the dealer/GM track on Thursday, Nov. 13.
At 8 a.m., Hey will lead “Can’t We All Just Get Along?: How to Help Your Parts & Service Departments,” a session aimed at reducing friction between these key departments. Attendees will learn how poor communication and misaligned expectations are costing dealerships time and money — and how simple, shared processes can turn chaos into cooperation.
Her second workshop, “Should You Open Another Location?” at Noon., is designed to help dealer principals and general managers determine if, when, and how to expand. Hey will outline six critical questions that can predict the success of a new location and offer strategies used by top-performing multi-location dealers.
Then, at 1:15 p.m., Hey will present “Turning Your Parts Department into a Bank Vault,” offering parts managers and fixed ops leaders a roadmap to turning their departments into profit-generating powerhouses. She will share pricing tactics, inventory strategies to compete with online sellers, and ways to improve the customer experience while boosting margins.
