2025 NATDA Trailer Show Sets New Records in Nashville
The 2025 NATDA Trailer Show, held Aug. 26-28 at Music City Center, officially set new records, becoming the largest and most impactful event in the show’s history.

With unprecedented dealership growth, an expanded show floor and top-notch education and technical training, this year’s show marked a major milestone for the trailer industry, event coordinators said in a release.
Dealership Participation Reached an All-Time High
Dealer registration rose by 12% over the 2024 event, with more than 770 dealerships from across North America taking part. This growth included over 65 new dealerships — or returning dealers who hadn’t attended in more than three years — marking the 2025 show as a major milestone in re-engagement and expansion. Participation grew across key segments, including RV, powersports, heavy duty, utility and fleet.
Sold-Out Exhibit Space — and Then Some
Welcoming 330-plus exhibitors who occupied larger exhibit space than in the past, the show filled the entire show floor hall and expanded into the lobby and even outside the convention center, where trailers lined up to accommodate overwhelming demand. The 2026 exhibit hall is nearly 70% sold out already.
Enhanced Educational Programming and Technical Training
Attendees had access to 30-plus expert-led sessions, including hands-on technician training and interactive Tow Talks addressing the industry’s concerns, with the education program doubling its capacity to meet demand. Many attendees took advantage of the new option to rate each session in the mobile app in real time.
Expanded Innovation Showcase Highlights Industry Advancements
The Innovation Showcase was the largest ever, show coordinators said, featuring breakthrough technologies and forward-thinking solutions that are shaping the future of trailer dealerships. New text-to-vote technology boosted dealer participation and engagement levels.
Vibrant Show Floor Atmosphere
From major product launches to the reimagined networking opportunities, the show was packed with energy, announcements, and industry-wide collaboration. In addition to industry growth and innovation, the show proudly supported the Wounded Warrior Project, reinforcing NATDA’s commitment to giving back and honoring those who have served.
Andria Gibbon, CEM, executive director of NATDA, shared her excitement: “You could feel the buzz from the moment the show kicked off. Many of our sessions were standing room only and our opening party was overflowing with more new faces than ever. The energy, the connections, the business getting done on and off the show floor was next level. We are so proud of what we accomplished together with our exhibitors, sponsors, dealers and partners. This year’s show raised the bar — and we are already building on that momentum for 2026.”
With six football fields’ worth of show floor engagement, a sold-out expo and widespread industry enthusiasm, the 2025 NATDA Trailer Show has re-solidified its position as the premier event in the industry, event coordinators said.
Rick McConnell, CEO of Trifecta Collective, commented: “This year’s show was a powerful reflection of the industry’s resilience and growth. NATDA continues to deliver exceptional value to dealers and exhibitors alike, and we’re proud to support an event that’s become a cornerstone of the trailer community.”
