The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued the following weekly vehicular recalls:
Storyteller Overland is recalling certain 2024-2026 GXV Hilt recreational vehicles. The auxiliary power system wires may have been improperly. The wires may be damaged by contact with the intake manifold. The NHTSA ID Number is 25V588000.
Cruiser RV is recalling certain 2025 Avenir travel trailers. The underslung axle may not provide enough clearance, allowing the wheel wells to contact and damage the tires. The NHTSA ID Number is 25V579000.
Jayco, Inc. is recalling certain 2026 Seismic fifth wheel travel trailers. The certification label lists an incorrect Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, “Certification.” Jayco’s number for this recall is 9901638.
Ford Motor Company is recalling certain 2015-2019 Lincoln MKC, Mustang, F-350 SD, F-250 SD, F-450 SD, 2015-2017 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, 2015-2018 Edge, Transit Connect, 2016-2019 F-550 SD, Transit, 2017-2019 Econoline, and 2019 Ranger vehicles. The rearview camera may display a distorted, inverted, or blank image when the vehicle is in reverse. Ford’s number for this recall is 25S89. This recall expands previous NHTSA recall number 25V270.
