Lightspeed Strengthens Multistore Platform With New Enhancements

Lightspeed DMS, provider of dealership management software for RV, marine, trailer, powersport and golf car dealers, announced new multistore features that further simplify operations for dealer groups with multiple locations. These enhancements build on Lightspeed’s decades of experience serving multilocation dealerships and are designed to make complex operations easier, faster and more efficient, Lightspeed said in a release.

“Managing a multilocation dealer group brings different and more complicated challenges than managing a single store,” said Brian Provost, CEO of Lightspeed. “Our knowledge and years of experience growing with dealers is why our platform makes managing those complexities easier than any other system out there. These new features are another step forward in helping dealer groups streamline operations so they can focus on growth.”

Trusted by Multistore Leaders

For more than 40 years, Lightspeed has been a partner for dealership groups managing multiple locations. Today, thousands of multistore dealers — from regional groups to the largest retail groups in North America — count on Lightspeed to unify operations and drive growth, the company said. Lightspeed will also continue to advance its platform so dealers can reduce complexity and focus on what matters most — their customers and their business.

New Multistore Features

View and manage leads, quotes and deals from every location in one streamlined list. This unified view saves time, increases efficiency and keeps sales teams focused on closing more opportunities — ensuring that no opportunity is ever missed, Lightspeed said.
  • Multistore Lead Transfer
Reassign sales leads to the right store with just a click — no recreating or deactivating required. Sales opportunities move smoothly between locations without disruption.
  • Multistore Parts Transfer
Dealers can now initiate, approve and track inter-store parts transfers with just a few clicks. The feature includes built-in cost adjustments, accounting integration and real-time alerts, making the movement of parts between stores faster, clearer and more efficient.
  • Transfer Standard Jobs
Standardize service operations across all stores by transferring standard jobs, ensuring consistency, better coordination and improved customer service — no matter where a customer brings their unit, Lightspeed said. This feature eliminates the need to manually recreate jobs at each location, saving dealerships countless hours of administrative work. By streamlining setup and reducing duplication, teams can focus more on delivering quality service and less on backend configuration.

Unified Platform for Dealer Groups

Lightspeed’s new multistore features build on its long-standing capabilities — including combined financial reporting, centralized inventory visibility and shared customer records — to help dealer groups run as one interconnected business. “Whether a dealer has two or two hundred locations, Lightspeed delivers unified operations, big-picture insights and scalable solutions that adapt to growth,” Lightspeed said.
